I've tried many diets in my life. I've gained and lost so many times because a lot of diets are unsustainable. With macro counting I've found balance and I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. You get amazing results and still enjoy foods you love! Change the way you think about food and stop the yo yo diets!! Eat to fuel your body for your goals but also to be able to eat ice-cream daily is what makes this plan work for me. You will be amazed with the results if you just trust the process and give it 100% effort!

I tried everything from just "eating clean" to Paleo. Being able to track my macro numbers has been the only thing that has got me looking the way I wanted to look. It has also changed my relationship with food. It has become a sustainable, lifestyle change.

Testimonial: I am a very active 49 year old. I've had 3 children who are all adults now and 1 grandson. I've always done ok with my eating throughout my years as I've gained and lost in a yo-yo effect. I've done all kinds of eating habits which never I really stick with. I always seem to go back to the old saying " everything in moderation"! Well what is that moderation??? Now that I've gotten older I was not feeling great with how I was eating. My journey is to find best me….

I love fitness and all it Intel’s. The gym is my Zen.  I am a mama of eight and have been a police officer for over 13 years.  At a very young age my mother told me I was fat and big boned. I am very self-conscious about my body/ self-image.  I struggle with body dysmorphia, I always think I look gross, even when I get complements that I look great. I have tried every fad diet you can think of.

I have been through a terrible tragedy last year. 9 months ago I lost my 17 year old son in a tragic car accident. I can’t even describe the horrible pain I feel.  I began to starve myself then binge with the results messing up my metabolism. I became more depressed and began to hate who I was becoming.  I reached to my favorite IG accounts- Tiffany Stosich who became not only she is my coach but she is also my very close friend now.  Tiffany introduced me to macro counting.

 When Tiffany started building my plans, I laughed at her when she said “What is your favorite treat? I couldn’t believe I could have M&M’s or ice cream every night built into my plan. I also don’t have to eat 100 clean, I eat 80% clean and 20% “dirty”. ;-)

I love my food...  Just a little example for breakfast I get a waffle with cool whip plus egg whites and eggs,   I get a snack which a protein shake , lunch which I love … A low carb tortilla , lunch meat ,hummus with cottage cheese on the side.  Then another snack, lunch meat and yogurt – dinner I love too-- BBQ chicken pizza. It consists of flat bread, Stubbs sugar free BBQ sauce, spinach, mushrooms, red onions, mozzarella cheese, and chicken. MY FAVORITE is my dessert. Either ice or M&M’s.. Can I say again!!!! I love my food. I don’t have to eat fish and broccoli every meal…to change my body.

Each week you check in with Tiffany online. She will change the plan for your needs and goals. . My husband has done this program since May 2018 and lost 24 lbs. So proud of him.  I haven’t been always 100%, every week. I have my hard days. Then I regroup and be 100%. I work out 6 days a week with 1 hr lifting weights and HIIT cardio for 30 min.

The biggest difference I feel is that I have a newfound way of balancing the nutrition I'm taking in to work for not only my energy levels and satiety (I truly have not been hungry beyond the normal “pre-meal” time on this plan!) but also for the fat loss goals I had. I have not lost much weight (4lbs and 6.5 inches) but my body is changing. I stay positive and I can do hard things.  My goal is to compete and I know with the help of Tiffany as my Coach and STRENGTHBYNUMBERS it will happen.

You can’t be killing at the gym only, you have to kill in the kitchen too.

Food and impulse eating have always been my arch-enemies. A constant, undeniable struggle my entire life. I was the girl that was always “big boned” or told “your genes aren’t in your favor to be skinny”. I’ve battled with these very emotions since I can remember... even as far back as junior high school. I vividly remember the feeling of always being the “big girl on the beach” while all of my friends had the bodies that I dreamed of.

Fast forward to the birth of my first child. I was 24 years old. I thought, “Well, this will be fun, as I now have an EXCUSE to eat whatever I want!” And I did just that. That mindset ruined me. I let myself go. I gained roughly 65 lbs, and I had the nice, plump, purple stretch marks now covering my entire body. I HATED MYSELF. I carried that extra weight for quite some time; until I could no longer stand it. I tried every. single. thing I could to get the weight off. And, in saying that, I mean I tried every diet fad, diet pill, or quick fix that ever existed. For the next 6 or so years, my weight went up and down more than a giant Texas rollercoaster.

Bring on the birth of my second son, and I vowed to do things differently. I only gained 22 pounds (and not a single stretch mark was added!). I refused to go back down the road that took over my life. I wanted better. I wanted to be able to run after my kids. I wanted to fit in my friend’s clothes. I wanted to not have to hide myself on trips to the beach with friends. It was time to dig deep.

Three years ago, I jumped on the Crossfit bandwagon. It is, hands down, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in life. It taught me how to work on me, oddly enough, from the inside out. It pushed me to my limits, and I would leave my box every day yearning for more. It has changed my life in more ways than one, and I now cannot imagine my life without it. That said, there was still something missing. Here I was putting in all this work, yet not seeing any results. I wasn’t hitting new PR’s like everyone else, and I was still the slowest girl on the track.

HERE COMES THE GAME CHANGER...!!! One day at the gym, I overheard another member talking about this new “Strength by the Numbers” program. I was like... tell me more! It IMMEDIATELY sparked my interest, and I couldn’t google or stalk Tiffany’s Instagram fast enough! I signed up that night. HERE I GO!

I’ve now been in the program for 12 weeks, and I feel incredible! Tiffany is not only my coach, but also someone I would now call my friend. I have NEVER had a program (and I’ve done MANY!) where the coach reached out to ME! Typically, you find yourself chasing them down. Not here. I can hit her with the dumbest question, and she will find me some kind of answer. Counting my macros wasn’t new to me, but I needed her guidance and belief in me to get the results that I am now starting to see. So, here I am, for the first time in my life, giving my body the credit that it deserves. I’m fueling it properly, I’m paying more attention, and I’m loving every second of what I’m seeing & feeling. I’ve learned through Tiffany that there is no such thing as a “quick fix”. Everything in life takes work. Learning to love myself from the inside out has been the most challenging, yet the most rewarding work I’ve ever put in. I feel like I’m living my best life at 38, and I CAN’T WAIT to see where our journey takes us next.

Tiffany is a rockstar. She leads by example and doesn’t want to see anyone fail. I would (and have) recommend this program to anyone willing to look past the mirror and find that inner badass. It is worth every step!

I may still be the slowest girl on the track, but I at least I’m taking steps to a better, healthier, and smaller version of me!!!! Bring on 2019! here

Strength by the numbers has been incredible for me!

I have always been extremely active and my body never really changed much no matter how I worked out. This program really showed me that a great physique is much more about our diet than we think.

By listening to Sean, I have changed my eating habits and my body has changed into exactly what I have always wanted. Awesome program, extremely responsive coaches, and the pathway to an even better body.

This is what 4 months of hard work looks like! It was Awesome working with Tiffany and have her help me reach some of my fitness goals. 

The reason I specifically chose to work with Tiffany was because she helps people make lifestyle changes, she doesn’t give them “diets!” I have given birth to 6 children and if I can do it anyone can!!

She incorporated food into my meal plans that I actually like and wanted to eat as well as treats I wanted too but in the correct portion sizes!

Another important thing to me was keeping my breastmilk supply up for the baby and my energy high while tracking my food. I had no problems with this at all when I stuck to the plan. 

Tiffany gives her clients all the tools to be successful. 

It was so fun getting to know her and I loved the positive feedback she always gave even on weeks I didn’t stick to the plan 100%. She never made me feel discouraged or like she was disappointed in me. 

I had amazing results even with not sticking 100% to the plan. I lost 11.6#, but 14.9# of pure fat. I lost 7.4% BF and gained 3.4# of muscle. 

I plan to have Tiffany help me again when my kids start back up with school this fall.

I am 44 years old a mother of 4 and a grandmother of 4. In 2012 i reached my heaviest weight of 156. At this time i was battling depression and just plain didn't like myself. I had tried several diets, went to the gym, took spinning classes you name it I tried it. I would lose a little just to gain it back. In June of 2017 I attended a body building show and that is the day i decided to take my life back. I made a goal to myself that i would be there next year and I did. June of 2018 I competed in my first bikini competition. That was the hardest weight loss journey ever because for a solid year 4 x a day i ate Chicken, rice and vegetables. It was strictly a clean diet,I was miserable, hungry and just wanted "normal food". After my first competition i was worried i would gain the weight back, my coach then was not helping with reverse dieting at all that is when i decided to hire Tiffany. I was so shocked with my first meal plan with the variety of food i was able to have, shocked that there was ice cream on the list.

I have been with Tiffany for over a year. In this year i learned how to create my own meal plan, I have learned self control, discipline and how to balance life. In fact, the first year with Tiffany has been so successful I transitioned from Bikini to Figure and won my Pro-Card in Masters Figure. This just proves that age is just a number. It is never to late to get started in your fitness journey.

My name is Jason and I'm a 50yr old father of 2 who has been battling Multiple Sclerosis (M.S) for 20yrs. I've been an avid weight lifter since I was 20 and became more serious about it while I was a first responder starting in 1998. I suffer from short term memory loss, neuralgia, numbness in my legs and hands daily, knife like shooting pains, insomnia and trouble swallowing just to name a few. Although I've taken no medication I've controlled my problem with a healthy life style, diet, training and supplements. In January this year I was wheeled into hospital after losing the use of my right leg and arm. I was unable to lift and had to learn to walk properly again. I gained some unhealthy weight and struggled to recuperate and regain my healthy life style.....enter Tiffany Stosich. Within 1 week Tiffany Stosich was my coach, who I lovingly refer to as the mad scientist of food. Armed with the knowledge of my preferred foods, Tiffany arranged meal plans for me. They keep me full and feeling stronger than I've felt in along time.. She doesn't starve me, force me to follow some nonsensical soup diet but just simply controls the carb, protein, sugar and fat intake. I have lost 18 pounds in two months and this is doing no cardio, Tiffany knows cardio overheats me causing me to lose my balance and vision. So she personalized my food so my body was burning the correct amount given my activities, workouts and Please understand, this woman has given her all to help me, help me be around to run and play with my children , be the strong father that their used too and walk them down the aisle. I've never met Tiffany but she has me feeling stronger, more energetic and not having the exacerbations I was having before initiating her meal plans. This is the most selfless, caring, intelligent honorable, dedicated, committed, loyal, motivated, and humble person I've ever had the pleasure of coming into contact with.

I have struggled with my weight for my entire adult life. As a kid and teenager I played multiple sports, worked, and was always moving. After a knee surgery put an end to college volleyball I quickly gained 20 pounds, then another 20 pounds and so forth. I have tried everything under the sun to lose the weight. 3 years ago I lost 80 pounds and it was great, but sadly it didn’t teach me the lessons about food that I had hoped.

I started CrossFit 5 months ago and it felt great to be in a gym, lifting weights, and sweating every day. I started losing body fat and gaining muscle but it still wasn’t enough because my nutrition was bad and it confused me on how to measure and track what I was eating. I would get frustrated and give up. Then, one magical day, I found Tiffany on Instagram as a fitness competitor and started following her. I stalked her page daily for about a month and came across a post about doing meal plans on a 3 month basis. I thought about it for a few weeks (like 8) and finally reached out realizing she was close in distance and had a wonderful personality that I related to.

Since Day 1 Tiffany has been so supportive, informative, and motivating. She inspires me with her daily posts and emails, keeps me focused with weekly check in’s, and makes changes to my meal plans when I need it (sometimes even before I realize I need it). The meal plans are specific to me and she really worked to get to know my likes, dislikes, and what works for my body.

In 11 weeks I have lost 9 pounds and 18 inches! I never in a million years thought that macro counting would be good for me or that I could even understand it. With her help and support I have even made personal changes to my plans daily if I decide to eat a treat, workout twice, etc. I have PR’s more workouts, learned new lifts and gymnastics, and feel more confident in my own skin as well as clothing.

I fully believe things happen for a reason and finding Tiffany online was just what I needed. I look forward to continuing to work with her after my 3 months is up and work towards finding and maintaining the body I always admire. Heather: 9 weeks of progress, down 6 pounds and 6.75 inches!!

Let me start by saying we have all tried the multiple of workout programs and possibly even several different online or in person coaches that are out there now days. I have spent literally my entire life watching videos, reading all the muscle magazines and loving weight lifting and what it can do to change a person’s physique. Unfortunately I let life happen and I never pushed myself to get where I wanted to be or where I knew I could be. I have tried a few different programs and online coaches, but nothing and no one out there was the fit as to what I was looking for. I was so lucky the day I stumbled across this AMAZING woman on Instagram!! We all hope to find that one coach that will change our life for the better and boy did I find mine TIFFANY STOSICH my Strength By The Numbers Coach. There are not enough positive words or statements out there that I could say about her. She welcomed me with open arms instantly even though she is a professional!!! I knew she was the one by the very first message I sent her. I sent her a message just inquiring about what it would take to have her coach me and she responded personally that same night. I was blown away. No automated email! No waiting a couple days for a response! Most online coaches want a pretty big fee and they will send you your meal plans and a work out and give you a date to check in after so many weeks or at the end of the program. A lot of time it is a general automated email where they just keep changing the person’s name! Tiffany has been so involved from my first message I sent to her. 

Tiffany gave me two different macro counting meal plans that she created after I gave her a list of foods I LIKE! She sends me DAILY workouts that are in my email instantly every morning with-out fail! She is a mom, wife, business woman and a professional athlete and she treats her clients like you are family. 

Making physical changes to our bodies takes so much time, work, consistency and dedication. Tiffany wants her clients to check in every week on a day that works best for us. I receive a form on check in day where Tiffany has questions for me asking how things are going and if there is anything that I would like to change or any issues I am having. I send my measurements, weight and pictures which we all dread. Well thank goodness for pictures because the scale LIES and doesn’t show progress accurately! Tiffany has been so good to send me side by side pictures of myself each week showing me the changes I am making along with support and encouragement and very strong communication in every email. 

Tiffany may be in Utah and I may live in Iowa but she has become such an amazing friend and support system. She knows we all struggle and there are days where we think can I do this? Will I ever get to a point where I will look at my body and say DAMN I did it!!  Tiffany wants her clients all to succeed and make changes to their bodies the healthy way no matter what type of transformation they are looking for. 

I may be 41 now and fighting having Rheumatoid Arthritis but with Tiffany as my coach I AM making changes and I plan on living the rest of my life in a NEW body that is healthier, stronger and sexier than it has ever been in my teens and 20’s. I have always considered myself someone who likes to stay fit and strong. But sometimes life comes along and can get in the way.

This last year I was letting life win and let myself get to a place I did not like in terms of my performance as it relates to fitness and more importantly my job. As a fireman I want to be as fit as i can to perform in any situation that I’m in. I was working on getting to a better place physically but was coming up short. So I reached out to my homie Sean for some nutrition help but also for accountability.

Sean listened to my goals and helped me come up with a plan that got me to a much better place. He dialed in my macro numbers and helped me lose some pounds and also get stronger in the process.

Over a 3 month period I only dropped 7-8 pounds but became stronger and trimmed up my physique quite a bit. I was super stoked with the results. At first ya you are hungry and a little tired as you work on making sure you hit your macro numbers, but as we went forward I was eating a lot more food, performing better in the gym, and feeling strong and ready for anything work through at me. I am back in a better place mentally and physically and back to making good food choices a lot more consistently. Thank for the help!

I’ve been working with Tiffany for about a years and highly recommend her program. I’ve stuck with this plan because she makes it so easy and I see progress! Tiffany prepared two custom meal plans for me after I filled out a questionnaire with my likes and dislikes. Everything was spelled out so I knew exactly what I needed to do. I stuck with those two meal plans for the first few months and then started meal planning on my own and switching up foods. Though I am much more flexible now with what I eat, I continue to come back to the groundwork that Tiffany laid out in the beginning because it was so easy to do. No crazy recipes, no weird ingredients (I picked them!), no cooking for 6 hours on Sunday, and no cheat days since treats are allowed in moderation every day! When she asked what kind of treats I enjoy and I said popcorn and English muffins with butter I did not expect both of those things to be on the menu every day, but there they were and they are still there. You’ll eat carbs, you’ll eat fats, and of course protein. No food is off limits. My biggest “complaint” has always been that I eat so much food that I oftentimes feel full. Really full. I’ll admit I had my doubts when my initial plans had 2,000+ calories on them, but I lost weight eating that way anyway. Tiffany knows what she is doing.

 Tiffany really wants to help me succeed. She is readily available to answer any questions that pop up and is always very encouraging even when a week does not go as planned. She tweaks my goal macros based on my progress and helps me figure out what I need to do to hit them. She wants me to learn how this works, not just blindly follow along.

 Since signing up with Tiffany and Strength by the Numbers I have learned that consistency is key, but I am still allowed to have a bit of fun. I still enjoy happy hour with friends and still eat pizza and pasta. I just do it differently now. I understand how to change my day to make these things work and if I don’t make it work I understand that one bad day of eating is not going to put all the pounds back on and ruin everything I’ve done. I know that Tiffany is in my corner to help get me back on track and get the progress rolling again. I am in the middle of my transformation and I don’t have a specific goal weight in mind where I am going to stop and say “That’s good enough” and that’s probably the most impressive part of this whole thing. I feel like I can keep going and going. Thanks Tiffany!
